Who publishes this
This policy covers aigirlfriend.games, the late-night desk for adult AI girlfriends. It does not cover Candy, OurDream, Joi, or any other app in the catalogue. Those products have their own privacy notices. Chat, billing, and account data on those apps never pass through this site.
Who this is for
This site is for adults 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Do not use it if you are under that age.
What stays on your device
The quiz, finder, cost planner, saved character IDs, saved app IDs, and comparison choices are stored in this browser with localStorage. Those lists are not sent to advertising pixels, merchant tracking parameters, or public cache keys. Clearing site data on this device removes a guest shortlist.
What the server stores
A correction submission stores the page URL, the claim, the contradicting source, optional contact text, a random id, and the time. A labelled visit click stores a random non-sensitive click id, the offer key, the placement, and whether the confirm step redirected. Quiz answers, character lists, and budgets are not attached to those clicks.
If a signed-in collection is used, the site stores collection name, character IDs, app IDs, and must-keep flags against the verified account id. Export downloads that JSON. Deleting a collection removes those rows here. It does not delete a Google or X account.
What is not collected
This site does not take payment cards. It does not store intimate chat transcripts. It does not run a public inbox. It does not sell lists of saved characters.
Cookies and sign-in
Guest use does not require an account. Sign-in, when available, uses session cookies for this site only. See Account and Sign in.
Affiliate clicks
A labelled visit button opens the merchant in a new tab after a confirm step. The destination site then applies its own privacy notice. See the affiliate disclosure.
Retention
Guest data lasts until you clear it. Correction and click logs are operational records. Account collections last until they are deleted or the session is removed.
How to reach this site
There is no public mailbox. Factual privacy questions go through the corrections form. Do not send chat logs, passwords, or payment details.
